This magazine seems to be the precursor to the “Year in Pictures” issues. It would have had to have been titled “The Decade in Pictures” though because it is for the complete 60s decade. It has a white paper cover with the words “Sports Illustrated” on it but it’s hard to see. It has no table of contents and is 20 pages long.
